Home Modifications by David began because someone had an emergency and had nowhere to turn. It was a cold February day in Iowa and all contractors were busy or not interested in helping out. We felt compelled to help out on this emergency (frozen pipes). The water lines were freed up and collateral damage was fixed. This led to many referrals that launched our business.
